LDAF Calls to Action & Other Advocacy Tools
ACTION ALERT - JULY 31, 2008: Communication with our Senators is needed!
Issue: Medicaid Rehabilitative Services Option
As a cost saving mechanism, the Federal Government is trying to pass a Medicaid Rehabilitative Services Option, a regulation that would restrict the scope of rehabilitative services that are eligible for federal Medicaid matching payment, thus eliminating coverage for day habilitation and life skills support services for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Download the full Action Alert

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO KEEP THIS FROM HAPPENING!
Call or Write our DE Congressional Senators NOW and encourage their support to stop the proposed regulatory changes!
